Melloquence

Born and raised in a little town in St Catherine called Linstead, this young and prolific artiste got his musical calling at about age 14.

Born "Ramone Drake" he was forced to take on a name that suited his vocal style and way of putting melodies to his eloquently written lyrics, hence he came up with the name "Melloquence" a fusion of the words melody and eloquence.

He however, first came to the public' s attention when he auditioned and made the top ten in the Magnum Kings and Queens of Dancehall, a talent show aired on national tv.

Although his stay in the competition ended prematurely, he still managed to impress one of the most successful producers in the industry "Cordel Skatta Burrell " who was also one of the judges on the show.

Melloquence is currently in the studios working on a project with the analytical one himself "Scatta" , so keep your ears and eyes open for this upcoming act, With the right production and management team in place, this artiste will be a force to be reckoned with.
